In keeping with our core values of “Always Learning,” Brewer invented a brand-new offer to produce a new labor force. This intensive hands-on training is unique. It takes what historically is a 4-year apprenticeship program (old thinking) and distills it into a 40 hour/week, paid training program that turns out career-ready, men and women in 9 months. Brewer University selects individuals who are tired of bouncing from one “job” to another and gives them a “career” by becoming a Cadet in our Craftsman Academy. Our goal is to train you on Water Distribution and Drain, Waste & Vent (“DWV”) Installations. Upon completing the course, 100% of our Cadets launch into a full-time career here at Brewer.
